Waylon Phillips scores a pair of podiums at Sweet Springs Motorsports Complex

After a weekend off to regroup, Waylon Phillips climbed back behind the wheel of the Race Star Wheels No. 67JR Micro Sprint for a double-duty outing this past weekend.

Turning in a consistent performance across both classes, Phillips recorded runner-up finishes in both his Non-Wing Outlaw and Stock Non-Wing heat races. He followed that up with a pair of third-place finishes in the respective features, capping the night with two podiums.
